Welcome active mama!
​
You have come to the right place for a virtual, mommy & me group class. Classes are designed to be mostly equipment-free, but depending on the age of your baby, toddler, or youth aged kid, we will find fun ways to play with some simple household items. And, to help you tone up, we will occasionally pull in some dumbbells. So just bring you, your little one, and their imagination for some healthy, active “mommy time."
 
Classes consist of a blend of cardio and body resistance moves and are fun and challenging! I will always have base moves for us, and as you find out quickly, their little imaginations run wild with amazing movements for them to do!
 
You will see my 4 year old, 8 year old, and 10 year old all bring their personal styles and imaginations to the workout on different days. Each day is so fun and exciting, and each workout so unique! What will your child think of? How will your kiddo challenge their body? There's only one way to find out!
