HECK YES! We are working on improving cardiovascular health and endurance EVERY session through HIIT workouts,
circuit training, and cardio exercises! Our program is designed to help you hit your goals!
2. Is Boot Camp a weight loss program?
My mission is to help YOU live a more healthy and fulfilled life through a team environment, the most up-to date training fitness techniques, and by inspiring a mindset change! This is not just a boot camp, this is your
life! We are changing habits and lifestyles. For some, a motivator is to lose weight or body fat percentage, for
others, it’s to gain muscle, endurance, and speed!

3. This sounds intense and I have a long road ahead, where do I start?
TODAY, you can start by taking the first step and committing to yourself that the time is NOW! You are worth it and
you deserve health and happiness! Ask the front desk for information on how to get started in Boot Camp!
4. When do I join?
Perhaps it has already started but you can hop right in with us! If you are able to join at the beginning of the session,
you can pay for the whole program with a discount at $125. If you join at a later time, I will help you calculate with the
number of days remaining at just $6.50 per class.
5. When are the classes and how long does a session go?
Our program is laid out in 7 weeks sessions, or 21 days of boot camp- 3 days per week. We will perform our strength
test on the first day of class. If you are able to complete at least 5 weeks of that session with us, you will earn yourself
an Inspire Strong Boot Camp T-shirt!

Ongoing 7 week sessions
Preview one of our equipment free Friday cardio HIIT workouts. We also like to sweat it up with barbells, dumbells, battle ropes, tires, the prowler, and so much more! You will always be challenged and never be bored!
