Day 1 of 5 Day Boot Camp Challenge!
I've had so much excitement and change happening with my specific monthly challengers! I wanted to reach out and share the love! Here's the low-down... 5 days with 3 segments to the daily challenge. 1st exercise, 2nd nutrition, and 3rd mental. That's right, you've got to get your head in the game!
Day 1 Exercise Challenge:
This workout is a sneak peek into the new Hammer and Chisel program created by Sagi Kalev (Body Beast creator) and Autumn Calabrese (21 Day Fix creator). It is incredible and we will be exploring more moves from this program throughout the week.
Day 1 Nutrition Challenge:
It is recommended to get half of your body weight in ounces of water each day. So, to kick off this challenge... let's HYDRATE peeps! What helps me is to pick a favorite water bottle. This one is my favorite and yes it is super cute, but it also flips open easily, has a handle, and flows freely out! Perfect for me! And, if you need to flavor it a bit because you are used to soda or sweetened drinks, add some lemon or orange wedges. It is delicious!
Day 1 Mental Motivation:
I want you to think about what you are focused on day in and day out about yourself and your body image. I want you to write out all the negative things you say and actions you do (or don't do) that are limiting you from hitting your health and nutrition goals. YOU are your BIGGEST limiting factor. Tomorrow, we are going to turn those into positives
