Hi guys! I have some insights for you on helping you burn off belly fat, since that is most of our goals and especially my problem area. I swear, I could be the leanest of lean and still have a pooch through my adolescent year. However, now having birthed 3 children... there's a bit more of a pooch to deal with! 2. Increase protein consumption: By increasing your protein by just 80-100 calories per day it can help you eat up to 441 fewer calories per day! Plus, there are countless studies linking increase in protein to decrease in belly fat! Boom baby! haaaha.

3. Lower your carbs: Over 20 randomized controlled trials have now shown that low-carb diets lead to 2-3 times more weight loss than low-fat diets and it is affectly hitting the fat around your organs and belly. Helping to prevent you from disease and health issues. Compared to "low-fat diets" people are more satiated and can stick with it because they are not STARVING all the time!
